Training

One of our goals has been to enhance the image of the food industry through enlarging the pool of well trained and well qualified people. Since 2002, CerealTech has been providing customized training for our clients’ employees to ensure familiarity with new machinery and systems as part of our service delivery. We own and run several certified programmes that are open to those in the food industry, education institutes as well as aspiring bakers who desire to sharpen their bakery skills.

In 2008, we took a giant leap forward with the launch of a Joint Diploma in Baking Arts and Science with the American Institute of Baking International. The AIB name is synonymous with quality and the institute is often regarded as the "Harvard of Baking". Our first batch of diploma students graduated in December 2009.
