Who We Are

CerealTech was founded in 1995 to provide the baking industry with much needed specialist services and products that were lacking in the region. Our focus then was very much on development and application of micro-ingredients like enzymes for cereal-based products.

Today, CerealTech is in a unique position. In Asia, we are the only company of its kind to provide effective technical and marketing solutions throughout the whole spectrum of the food production chain.

Commitment to ongoing R&D has enabled us to progress from enzymes for western-style breads to ethnic Middle Eastern and Asian style breads, including unleavened breads like pita and Indian roti to foods like noodles, Chinese dumplings ("baos"), curry puffs and spring roll skins. Our research into new enzymes and applications have also extended beyond cereal-based products to beverages such as food juices, wine and coffee to the extraction of olive oil and pepper in place of harsh chemical additives.

From our home base in Singapore, CerealTech outreaches to clients and new businesses across the world through its own representative offices, joint partnerships and distributors. Our global footprint covers the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, Africa and the European Union.
